This photograph is extremely meaningful to me. My other half sent me these alliums as bulbs. We were in two different states at the time, and he wanted to make me smile. I love flowers and mention to him that I love " The puffballs" I later found out they are named alliums. These are the giant ones, in my favorite color, purple. I took this photo with my iPhone. I love how the petals look like vibrant, green ribbons. The purple flowers provide the front yard with a much-needed pop of color, this Spring.
