I have photographed in many countries, but New York is still the city I love to photograph the most. The iconic wooden water towers have become a favorite subject of mine.
I love taking the subway early in the morning to explore and photograph all the diverse neighborhoods that New York has to offer. Many times, I don’t return home until the last bit of daylight has disappeared. I love shapes and shadows in my images, and waiting for the right light. You have to wait for the right light because the light won't wait for you.
